Wayne Davis of Tucson, Arizona, visited with his mother, Mrs. Martha David, on Friday. Wayne and his two sons, Jim and Kenneth, of Wausau, drove to Glidden for a few days of deer hunting. They returned to Colby on weekday and he and his mother spent Thanksgiving with his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Vic Kuehling, and with other friends and relatives around Colby. Mr. and Mrs. Orville Davis also stopped by from Oak Lawn, Illinois, enroute to spending Thanksgiving with their daughter, Rev. and Mrs. Brockmeyer of Jamestown, North Dakota.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Anderson and family, Spencer, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rosenlof and family, Unity, Mrs. Paul Kauffman and John, Aniwa, were supper guests Thanksgiving Day of their mother, Mrs. John Anderson.

Wesley and Dennis Frome spent the past weekend at Sheboygan with Mr. and Mrs. Laverne Koeppen. Dennis got a doe while hunting Sunday in Sheboygan County.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Leichtnam and family spent the weekend with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Kaatz, at Fremont. Glen Cole, son of Mr. and Mrs. Art Cole, accompanied them.

Mr. and Mrs. Carl Johnson Sr. attended the golden wedding anniversary mass and celebration for Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schommer at Appleton Saturday. On Sunday they visited relatives at Kaukauna and DePere.
