Loucks, John F. (30 JUL 1959 – 29 DEC 1969)
Funeral services for John Floyd Loucks of route 1, Colby, will be conducted at
the First Presbyterian Church, Abbotsford, at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 31,
1969. The Rev. Kenneth Dix will officiate, with burial at the Colby Memorial
Cemetery.
The youth died Monday, December 29, 1969 at Tylor County Memorial Hospital after
being hospitalized one day.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Llewelyn Loucks, he was born July 30, 1959. He was in
fifth grade at Colby Grade School. He had been a member of the Webelos boy
scouts at Colby.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by four brothers at home, Daniel,
Rodney, James and Timoth; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L.F. Loucks of
route 1, Abbotsofrd, and his grandfather, Norman Olsen of Abbotsford.
