Matson, Edward (16 FEB 1897 – 30 DEC 1969)
Funeral services for Edward J. Matson, 72, a former Unity (Clark Co., Wis.)
resident, were conducted Saturday, January 3, 1970 at Detroit, Michigan. Burial
was made in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Detroit.
Mr. Matson had died the previous Tuesday of an apparent heart attack.
He was born in Calumet, Michigan on February 16, 1897. At an early age he moved
to Unity with his parents. He moved to Detroit about 40 years ago. There he
owned and operated a service station.
Survivors include two sisters.
