Sazama, Anna (21 MAR 1870 – 21 JAN 1970)
Mrs. Anna Sazama, 99, a long time Colby area (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, died at
Two Harbors, Minnesota, Wednesday, January 21, 1970.
Funeral services were held Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby, with
the Rev. Francis Rushman officiating, and burial was made in the parish
cemetery.
A general rosary service was said at the Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby, Friday
evening.
The former Ann Pecher was born March 21, 1870 in Germany. Her husband, John
Sazama, preceded her in death in 1938.
They operated a farm in the town of Hull (Marathon Co., Wis.).
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Arthur Bradow of Two Harbors, Minnesota, and
Mrs. Alma Wallner of Milwaukee. There are nine grandchildren, eleven
great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, John and Paul.
