Airman 1st Class Duwayne M. Towle, husband of the former Patricia Herrick of Colby (Clark Co., Wis.), left February 4, 1970 after spending a 45 days leave at home. He is traveling to Thailand, where he will be stationed for 12 months.

Airman Towle entered the service May 9, 1968 and received basic training at Amarillo AFB, Texas. He was then assigned to the technical training center at Sheppard AFB, Texas for schooling as a communications wiring specialist.

After completing his training, he was assigned to the 1910 Communications Squadron, Lowry AFB, Denver, Colorado.

Now he is with the 1985 Communications Squadron, Utapoa, Thailand.
