Clark Couillard, NSP division meterman at Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), and Mrs. Couillard received a share of company stock recently from NSP president W.N. Marx, in recognition of Couillard's selection as 1969 Citizen of the Year for NSP's central division.

Marx noted that a committee of Couillard's fellow employees picked him for the tile in appreciation of the many contributions he has made to Owen.

Couillard has been a committeeman for Boy Scout Troop 5 of Owen for the past three years. He has been a solicitor for the Owen community chest drive for five years and has coached football and basketball at Holy Rosary School for nine years.

The Couillard's have eight children, ranging in age from six months to sixteen years.
