Terry Kelsey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Kelsey of Abbotsford (Clark Co., Wis.)
has recently been promoted to the rank of Sergeant in the 405th Avionics
Maintenance Squadron of the United States Air Force.
Sergeant Kelsey is present on a 30-day leave, having arrived home February 18,
1970. He was based in the Philippine Islands the past 13 months, and was on
temporary duty in Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan doing automatic pilot aircraft
maintenance.
His next assignment will be at Davis Monthan Base at Tucson, Arizona. He will be
assigned at the 445 3rd TAC (Tactical Air Command) crew training wing.
Sgt. Kelsey is a 1966 graduate of the Abbotsford High School.
