Mr. and Mrs. George Rankel of route 2, Colby (Clark Co., Wis.), announce the
engagement of their daughter, Paulette Ann Rankel, Marshfield, to Harry A. Strey
of route 2, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.).
The bride to be is a graduate of Colby High School in 1969 and attended W.W.T.I
in La Crosse. Mr. Strey attended Granton High School and served 13 months in
Vietnam in the Marines. He completed his service duty in April 1969. He is
employed at Wick Building Systems in Spencer, and she works for the Weinbrenner
Shoe Corporation at Marshfield.
A wedding date has been set for May 23, 1970 at St. Mary's Catholic Church,
Colby.
