Mr. and Mrs. Rex Penney announce the engagement of their daughter, Constance
Jane, to David Joseph Frahm, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Frahm, Athens.
Miss Penney is a 1969 graduate of Colby High School, and is presently employed
by Marathon Cheese Company, Medford. Her fiancé, who attended Athens High
School, is presently employed by Pauly Cheese Company of Little Chicago.
An August wedding is being planned.
