Mr. and Mrs. Werner J. Schaefer of route 1, Abbotsford announce the engagement
of their daughter, Maxine C. Schaefer, to Bryce E. Luchterhand, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Emil Luchterhand of Unity.
Miss Schaefer, a 1966 graduate of Colby High School, graduated from St. Joseph's
Hospital School of Nursing in Marshfield in May 1969. She is employed as a
registered nurse at that hospital. Her fiancé graduated from Colby High School
in 1966 and is a senior at Northland College in Ashland.
An August wedding is being planned.
