Graumann, Arthur W. (5 JUN 1905 – 9 MAY 1970)
Masonic services at 2 p.m., May 12, 1970 at Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby were
held for Arthur Graumann, 64. He died Saturday morning, May 9, 1970 at his home
in Colby (Clark Co., Wis.), having been in ill health for the past year.
Interment was made in St. Mary's Cemetery, Colby. The Rev. Francis Rushman
officiated at the services.
Arthur William Graumann was born in the town of Hull (Marathon Co., Wis.) on
June 5, 1905. September 27, 1934, he married Nina Laessig in Waukegan, Illinois.
They made their home in Colby since their marriage. He worked for the Harmony
Co-op for about 32 years.
Mr. Graumann was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Colby.
One son, William, of La Crosse, survives, and one grandchild.
Also surviving are several brothers and sisters. They are Mrs. Maynard (Elsie)
Schwantes of Leon, Iowa, George (Laura) Carr of Colby, Mrs. Art (Dorothy)
Schmidt of Marshfield, Mrs. Marvin (Erna) McGriff of West Manchester, Ohio, and
Edwin of Colby.
One sister is deceased.
