Schultz, Lorinda (21 January 1901-29 January 1979)
LOYAL--A former Loyal resident, Mrs. Lorinda Schultz, 78, died Monday at
St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, where she was admitted Sunday. She
had been a resident of Marshfield Convalscent Center since June 1973.
Services are set for Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church with burial
in North Green Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Bruno Schlachtenhaufen will
officiate.
Pallbearers, all grandsons, will be Gregory and Chris Stasinopoulos
and David, Ricky and Tim Zimmerman.
Friends may call Wednesday at the Rinka Funeral Home and at the
Church Thursday morning until services.
The former lroinda Scheer was born January 21, 1901. She attended the
rural school at Green Grove.
She was married to Joseph Schultz June 20, 1923 at Milwaukee. They
lived in Milwaukee until 1930 when they moved to the town of Beaver
where they farmed until moving to Loyal in 1946. Mr. Scheer (Schultz)
died September 24, 1947. (Actually died 15 August 1947)
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and former council member
at Marshfield Convalescent Center.
Survivors include two daughetrs, Mrs. Caroline Kaltenbach of
Milwaukee and Mrs. Lois Zimmerman of Loyal; two brothers, Orland Scheer
of Unity and Merlin Scheer of Washington; two sisters, Mrs. Carl (Hilda)
Kerkoff of Milwaukee and Mrs. Neil (Linda) oestreich of Loyal; 10
grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Two sons, three sisters and a brother predeceased her.
