Doctor Richard K. Anderson, Optometrist, has set September 1, 1970 as the
probable opening date for starting his practice in the Abbotsford Clinic
building, 330 South Fifth Street.
Dr. Anderson, a native of Wisconsin, was born in Superior and raised in
Wauwatosa and Eau Claire. He has a BS degree from Wisconsin state University,
Eau Claire, and a a MA degree from the University of Kansa, and an OD degree
from the Los Angeles School of Optometry, Los Angeles, California. He was
graduated with honors, received a certification in visual training, and was
cited for his work in contact lenses.
He and his wife, Marty, and son Kenneth, are looking forward to being a part of
the Abbotsford community.
