Passarelli, Lillian Viola (8 April 1904-10 January 1996)
REDGRANITE--Lillian Viola Passarelli, 91, Brooksville, Florida,
formerly of Milwaukee, was called by the Lord on January 10, 1996, at
Brooksville Nursing Manor in Brooksville, Florida where she had resided
for about a year.
Graveside services for Lillian V. Passarelli will be held Saturday,
May 4, 1996 at St. Mark's Parish Cemetery, Redgranite. Please meet at
the cemetery. The Rev. Frank P. Reinke will officiate. Following these
services, Lillian will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Tony.
Ruminski Funeral Home of Redgranite assisted the family with the
arrangements.
Lillian was born April 8, 1904, in Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), the daughter of
John
and Edith (Larson) Severson. She was married to Anthony "Tony"
Passarelli on August 2, 1947, in Milwaukee. Tony preceded her in death
on June 13, 1977.
She came to Milwaukee from Greenwood in 1942. Following their
marriage, Lillian and Tony operated a rooming house in Milwaukee until
they retired and moved to Florida in 1974. Lillian had lived with her
daughter, Shirley in Brooksville, Florida until becoming a resident of
Brooksville Manor about a year ago.
Lillian leaves to mourn her passing two daughters, Florence (Ernest)
Laykovich of Milwaukee and Shirley Beauchamp of Brooksville, Florida;
seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 10
great-great-grandchildren; and her sister Beatrice Heinzen of
Marshfield. She also leaves to mourn sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-law,
many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband, Tony, Lillian was also preceded in death
by her parents; her son, La Vern; a grandson, Lawrence Beauchamp; and
her four brothers, Vern, Arnold, Elmer and Floyd.
Memorials in Lillian's memory would be appreciated for the St. Mark's
Catholic Church of Redgranite Digital Piano Fund.
Note: Viola's previous husband was Hans Schmidt (1902-1943). They
married in Indiana on 26 October 1929. Hans is buried in the Greenwood
Cemetery.
