Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Cooper, Colby (Clark Co., Wis.), are the parents of a daughter born Wednesday, July 29, 1970, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. Their first born has been named Carie Ann and weighed seven pounds, twelve ounces at birth.
