James D. Runzheimer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Runzheimer of route 2, Colby
(Clark Co., Wis.), was promoted to Army Captain July 1, 1970. He iss serving the
1st Special Forces in Germany.
He was presented the insignia by the commanding officer of the Special Forces
Detachment (Airborne) in Europe.
Captain Runzheimer entered active duty in June 1967. He was last stationed at
Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
