Mr. and Mrs. Walter Laabs and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Borchardt spent Sunday at Glenwood City. They attended the Lutheran Hour program in Chippewa Falls in the afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Krummelbine and Mrs. William Gaetz of Riplinger left last week Thursday evening for Alton, Illinois. The Krummelbines went to attend the funeral of their nephew. Mrs. Gaetz also visited her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hausman, and family. They returned home Saturday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Darnell Schoelzel and family of Colby visited at the Gladys Brown home Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Jose Hardy and family, El Cajon, California, arrive at the Ted Frome home August 12 to spend a few weeks with her parents and her brother, Rueben Frome, Marshfield, and to visit other relatives and friends in the area. Mrs. hardy is the former Janet Frome.

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Frome, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hardy and family, and David Frome were Tuesday supper guests at the Alfred Telford home near Spencer.
