Auberson, Louis G. (4 FEB 1901 – 8 SEP 1970)

Louis G. Auberson, 69, of Marshfield, a former area resident, died Tuesday, September 8, 1970 at St. Joseph's Hospital, after suffering an apparent heart attack at his home.

Funeral services were Friday at the Hansen Chapel, and interment was made in the Brook Lawn Garden Cemetery.

Mr. Auberson was born February 4, 1901 in the town of Colby (Clark Co., Wis.). His marriage to the former Helen Schultz, who survives him, took place at Dorchester August 4, 1924.

The couple lived at Medford, and then at Marshfield, where he was employed. He operated the Auberson Auto Service for a time, and at the time of his death was employed at Wheeler Chevrolet.

Surviving, besides his wife, are three daughters, Mrs. Donald Wittkamp of Abbotsford, Mrs. Arthur Popp of Marshfield, and Mrs. Lucille Dortman, St. Paul. There are seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A sister and a half-brother and half-sister also survive.
