Strathman, Herman F. (28 MAR 1898 – 25 SEP 1970)

Funeral services were held Monday at the Hansen Chapel at Marshfield for Herman F. Strathman, 72, of Waterloo, a Colby (Clark Co., Wis.) native.

Mr. Strathman died of an apparent heart attack Friday.

He was born at Colby March 28, 1898, and was educated here. In 1921 he married Agnes Hengel, who died in 1951. His second marriage took place in 1952 to Anna Schwartz.

He worked as a baker in Marshfield for 40 years, and in 1957 moved to Waterloo.

Surviving, besides his wife, are two step-sons, a step-daughter, eight step-grandchildren, and a brother, Robert Strathman of Colby.
