The Owen Chapter (Clark Co., Wis.) of the Eastern Star celebrated their 43rd Anniversary with visiting Chapters from Abbotsford, Stanley, Medford, and Loyal.

Worthy Matron Mildred Grimes, with the help of Helen Haselow and Lillian Martin, had a lovely program planned. For each month a poem was read and each member was presented with a small gift, and songs appropriate to each month sung, with music furnished by the organist, Mrs. Emaline Parkinson, and after the Chapter was closed, Louis and Alyce Burhop showed slides of their trip to Spain, assisted by Dorothy Stasek.

A delicious lunch was served by Mary Jensen, Madeline Hoeper, Beatrice Hoeper, Waverly Jarvis and Dagmar Christensen.

Seventy members and guests were in attendance.
