Wolowik, Sharon Michele (28 SEP 1974)
St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Lublin (Taylor Co., Wis.), was the setting for
the 4:00 p.m. marriage September 28, 1974, of Sharon Michele Wolowik, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wolowik, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), to Michael Peter
Brennan, son of Dr. and Mrs. Paul Brennan, Marinette.
Rev. Casmir Paul performed the nuptials and Mrs. Louise Luedtke sang,
accompanied by Louis Hansen playing the organ.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore her mother's satin
bridal gown. She carried a cascade of orange bridal roses, baby's breath, and
ivy.
Miss Renee Wolowik, West Allis, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Ann
Brennan, Milwaukee, Miss Evee Libal, Madison, Miss Darcy Rohland, Thorp, and
Mrs. Nancy Sebero, Marinette. Miss Julie Ostby, Thorp, was the flower girl. All
were attired in apricot jersey gowns and carried bouquets of yellow, bronze, and
tangerine poms, with orange roses, baby's breath, and wheat.
William Sebero, Marinette, served as best man. Groomsmen were Arthur Babcock,
Madison, Daniel Brennan, Marinette, Timothy Brennan, Madison, and John Brennan,
Marinette. Thomas Wolowik, Withee, was the ring bearer.
The wedding reception was held at the church, with dinner, following the mass.
The dance followed at the Legion Hall in Owen.
The bride, a 1971 graduate of Owen-Withee High School, works for Mutual Savings
and Loan Association of Wisconsin, in Milwaukee.
Her husband, a 1970 graduate of Marinette Catholic Central High School, is
employed by Continental/Midwest Company, Milwaukee.
After a two week honeymoon to the western United States and the World's Fair in
Spokane, the couple now reside in West Allis, Wisconsin.
