Donald K. Smith, senior vice president of academic affairs of the University of
Wisconsin System, will be the Commencement Speaker December 15, 1974 at the
University of Wisconsin, Platteville.
Smith will deliver his address to the 288 candidates for Master's and Bachelor's
degrees during ceremony which will begin at 2:30 p.m. in Williams Fieldhouse.
Kurt Keskimaki, son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Keskimaki, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.),
is a candidate for a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering. He is an
honor student.
