The Rev. Robert Sullivan of Nazareth Lutheran Church, Withee read the wedding
vows which united Annette C. Anderson and Joseph Anthony Baus in marriage on
Saturday, June 14, 1975.
At the afternoon wedding the bride chose a floor length white wedding gown
trimmed with lace, long sleeves and V-neckline. Her floor length veil was edged
with matching lace and she carried a bouquet of red and white roses, with lily
of the valley.
Attending the bride was Mrs. Carol Franz as Matron of Honor, Mrs. Jacqueline
Franz, bridesmaid. Their gown were of peach and white crepe and blue and white
crepe floor length, and they wore white hats. They carried bouquets of blue and
white carnations.
Little Miss Amy Anderson was the flower girl and little Miss Dorothy Anderson
the miniature bride.
Attending the groom was best man was Mr. Will A. Franz Jr., with groomsman, Mrs.
Charles Franz. They were attired in blue and black tux.
Following the wedding a reception was held at the American Legion Hall at 4 p.m.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Dorothy Franz of Abbotsford (Clark Co., Wis.),
and the late William Franz Sr. The groom is the son of Mrs. Margaret Schnerikert
of Kiel, Wisconsin and the late John N. Schnerikert.
Guests came from Nebraska, Fond du Lac, Rice Lake, Keil, Spencer, Milwaukee,
Port Washington, Abbotsford, Withee, Greenwood, Colby, Marshfield, Chilton, New
Holstein, Thorp, Burlington, Holcombe, Loyal, Curtiss, Withee and Owen.
The newlyweds are making their home in Owen, where the groom is employed in
Maintenance at the Havenet Nursing Home.
