Miller, Clarence L. (21 MAY 1908 – 15 JUL 1975)

At 1:30 p.m. Friday, July 18, 1975 funeral services for Clarence L. Miller, life-long resident of the Town of Hixon (Clark Co., Wis.), were conducted from the Nazareth Lutheran Church, Withee. The Rev. Warren Behling, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Medford, officiating, with burial being made in the parish cemetery.

Mr. Miller passed away at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 1975 at Victory Memorial Hospital, Stanley. He was 67 years of age.

Serving as pallbearers at the final rites were Edward Miller, Al Jalowitz, Otto Rohland, Earl Peters, John Peterson, and Woodrow Peterson.

A single man, Mr. Miller was born May 21, 1908 in the Town of Hixon. A lifetime resident of the township, he received his education in the Frenchtown School.

He is survived by two brothers, Bert and Vernon, both of Withee, and a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Laine, Tofte, Minnesota.

He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
