Rubisch, Albert J. (30 MAY 1903 – 13 AUG 1975)
Funeral services for Albert J. Rubisch, 72, former Withee (Clark Co., Wis.)
resident, were conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 16, 1975 from the Holy
Rosary Catholic Church, Owen. Fr. James Coke, parish pastor, officiated, with
burial being made at Riverside Cemetery.
Mr. Rubisch passed away August 13, 1975 at the family home in Huntington,
Indiana, where he has resided since leaving here when he retired about six years
ago.
He was born May 30, 1903 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, and 30 years later was
married to the former Harriet Balicki, October 1933, in Chicago. She preceded
him in death. After their marriage he worked for a number of years as tool and
die maker in Detroit, Michigan. In 1944 they moved to Withee, where he operated
a tool and die making shop until his retirement.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Orr and Miss Minnie Rubisch,
Huntington, Indiana; a brother, Stanley Rubisch, Huntington, Indiana; a
daughter, Mrs. Marvin (Shirley) Cobb, Willows, California; two grandchildren and
three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Harry Bonk, Malen Balicki, Melvin Koplitz, Ray Rogalski, Tony
Milewski, and Vernon Baehr.
