Neillsville’s New Police Chief (Sworn in – 28 January 2020)
Jim Mankowski (r) was officially sworn in as Neillsville’s police chief Jan. 28
by Mayor Chuck Glassbrenner. Mankowski didn’t waste any time, as he proposed
multiple initiatives to the city in his first common council meeting.
