Fehlman Receives New Badge (Sergeant - 2020)
New Neillsville Police Chief Jim Mankowski presents Patrick Fehlman with his new
badge after Fehlman was approved as the department’s sergeant by the police and
fire commission. Fehlman served as the interim chief for a year prior to
