Janice L. Slowiak and Thomas G. Drehmel exchanged wedding vows at Central Lutheran Church, Chippewa Falls, March 25, 1972, with Pastor John Erickson performing the 11 a.m. service. Parents of the bride and groom are: Mr. and Mrs. Leo Slowiak, 115 East Lawrence Street, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Dr. and Mrs. Gerald Drehmel, 281 Victory Street, Fall Creek.

Matron of honor was Mrs. James Briski, sister of the bride, and Miss Roberta Bethke, friend of the bride, was bridesmaid. Steve Bischoff, a friend of the groom, served as best man, and groomsman was Bill Drehmel, brother of the groom.

A small reception was held at Reiter's Steak House for the wedding guests.

The couple is residing at 204 East Central Street, Chippewa Falls.
