Balicki, William J. (18 JUN 1900 – 5 APR 1972)

William J. Balicki, 71, died Wednesday, April 5, 1972, 11:15 a.m., at Victory Memorial Hospital, Stanley.

Bill was born in Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) on June 18, 1900. He married Henrietta Michallak in South Bend, Indiana. They lived in Chicago for 21 years. After the death of his wife, Bill moved to Thorp, where he resided until his death.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 8, 10:30 a.. at St. Hedwig's Church, with Father John Puerner officiating. Pallbearers were: Hank Cieslik, Frank Hoffman, Joe Ciokiewicz, Chester Rogalski, Donald Rogalski, and Robert Rogalski.

Surviving are his son Richard and grandchildren, Richard, Donna, and Jeffrey; also great-grandchildren Allison and Jill; three brothers, Henry, Charles, and Malen, and two sisters, Helen Milewski and Alvina Dodd.

Those attending the funeral were: Mr. Charles Balicki, Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Malen Balicki and family, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Balicki and family, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Milewski and family, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Cieslik, Mr. Frank Hoffman, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Rogalski and family, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rogalski, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Ciokiewicz, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Tyznik, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Richard W. Balicki and family, Mr. and Mrs. Richard D. Balicki, and Mrs. Evelyn Rogalski.
