Bielecki, Frank (17 APR 1901 – 28 MAY 1972)
Funeral services for Frank Bielecki, age 71, of rural Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.),
were held at St. Hedwig's Chapel, Thorp, with Father John Puerner officiating at
10:00 a.m. on May 31, 1972.
He was born in Koslo, Poland on April 17, 1901 and came to America in 1914. He
was married to Blanche Koltis in 1921. In 1929 he was remarried to Veronica
Platt. He lived in the Town of Reseburg, Clark County until the time of his
death.
He is survived by five sons, Leonard, Don, George, Anthony, and William; two
daughters, Mrs. Bill (Theresa) Fifer, and Mrs. James (Rosaline) Rice, both of
Greenwood; thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sons-in-law; one
brother, John, of Thorp; two sisters-in-law, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one infant son in 1923, his first wife in 1925, his
second wife in 1970, and one brother in 1971.
Pallbearers were: Norman Danielewicz, Robert Berzinski, Stanley Malaszuk, Frank
Gurklis, Joe Powszukiewicz, and Francis Ligenza. Interment was made in the
parish cemetery (Old St. Hedwig's).
