Davel, Martina (23 July 1912-27 May 1989)

LOYAL--Martina Davel, 77, formerly of Loyal, died May 27, in Florida, where she had lived for several years.

Memorial services will be Saturday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Loyal with the Rev. Chester Osowski officiating.

Local arrangements are being handled by Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal.

She was born July 23, 1912 in Loyal, to Albert and Florence Davel. She attended St. Anthony's Grade School and Loyal High School. She attended business school in Milwaukee.

She worked for the United States government in Chicago until her retirement.

She is survived by five sisters, Gertrude Phair of Oshkosh, Madaline Krawczyk of Polaski, Jane Simpson of Minneapolis, Katherine Babb of Orlando, Florida and Dorothy Schmook of Madison,

She was predeceased by her parents, three brothers, Lawrence, Paul and Edward, and two sisters, Evelyn Nolan and Marie Canney.
