Yvonne E. Themar (13 Mar 1957 - 15 Jun 1992)

Yvonne E. Themar, 35, Medford, died Monday, June 15, at her home in the City of Medford.

Services were held Friday, June 19, at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford wit the Rev. Ray Gonia officiating. Burial was in Medford Catholic Cemetery.

She was born on March 13, 1957, in Medford, to Peter A. and Rosemary C. (Hoffman) Themar. She received her education at Holy Rosary Catholic Grade School in Medford and was a 1976 graduate of Medford Senior High School.

After her high school education, she began employment as an administrative secretary with the branch campus of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, in Medford. She later was employed at Hall Distributing in Medford. In 1984 she began employment with “The Star News “in Medford and currently held the position of production supervisor.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Themar of Medford; three sisters, Therese (Jack) Freudenthal, Carol (William) Jahsman, and Marilyn (Larry) Matyka, all of Medford.

Pallbearers were Jack and Jim Freudenthal, William Jahsman, Larry Matyka, and John and David Goerg.
