Hansen, Walter (6 March 1893 – 25 December 1975)
A longtime resident of the Town of Sherwood, Walter Hansen, 82, of Rt. 2,
Granton, died Thursday, December 25, in Neillsville. Funeral services were held
Saturday from the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Granton, with the Rev. Stephen
Engelstad, pastor of Zion American Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment was
in the Sherwood Cemetery.
Mr. Hansen was born March 6, 1893, in Denmark. He was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Ellen Gleason of Pewaukee, and a niece, Mrs.
Ma4rian Rolff of Palm Springs, Ca.
