Slota, Airman Joseph F. (Service Notes - 1976)
Airman Joseph F. Slota, son of Mrs. Raymond Izydorek, Thorp, has graduated at
Lackland AFB, Tex., from the Air Force communications equipment repairman course
conducted by the Air Training command. The airman, who was trained to operate
and repair specialized communications equipment, has been assigned to Shaw AFB,
S.C., for duty with a unit of the Tactical Air command. Airman Slota is a 1970
graduate of Thorp High School. His wife, Ginger, is the daughter of Frank W. Gay
of Rt. 1 Withee.
