Weyhmiller, Dale V. (24 January 1916 - 11 May 1984)
LOYAL-- Services were today at St. Anthony's Catholic Church for Dale V.
Weyhmiller, 68, of Route 1, Loyal. He died Friday evening at his home.
The Rev. James J. Logan officiated and burial was in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Michael, Keith and Robert Weyhmiller, Gerry Bertz, Dale
Rothamer and Leland Larson.
He was born January 24, 1916 in the Town of Sherman, a son of the Late Mr. and
Mrs. George (Catherine Crossen) Weyhmiller. He received his elementary education
at St. Anthony's Parochial School and graduated from Sparta High School. He
married Ruth Lucht September 12, 1936 in Loyal. She survives.
He farmed all his life in the Town of Sherman and also was an insurance agent
for Mutual Insurance Agency for 20 years. He also worked for the Agricultural
Stabilization Conservation Service.
A member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, and chairman of the Town of Sherman
for eight years. Mr. Weyhmiller is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. Peter
(Judy) Hoeffel of Hastings, Minnesota; three sons, James of Kalamazoo, Michigan,
Tom of Denver and Richard of Rockford, Illinois; a brother, Donald "Mike" of
Loyal; a sister, Mrs. Robert (Armella) Rossman of Eau Claire.
