Dux, Frank (4 February 1888-6 November 1975)
LOYAL--Frank Dux, Route 2, Loyal, died today at the Neillsville Memorial Home,
where he had been residing since September of this year. He was 88 years of age.
Services will be Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal, with the Rev.
William Humlie, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Lutheran
Cemetery. Visitations may be made at the Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal.
Mr. Dux was born February 4, 1888, in the Town of Pine Valley, Where he received
his education. He married the former Hilda Wegner on October 6, 1910, at St.
John's Lutheran Church at Neillsville. They celebrated their golden wedding
anniversary in 1960. Mrs. Dux died October 9, 1967.
Since his marriage, Mr. Dux farmed in the Town of York.
Surviving are two sons, Erwin and Verland, both of Route 2, Loyal; three
brothers, Ben and Herman, both of Neillsville, and Robert, Lancaster,
California; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by three sisters and a
brother.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
