Ann's DOB is September 8, 1917, born to John and Elizabeth (Kralik) Kozic, in Illinois. She is was widowed in June 1967, and a tavern owner-operator in the township of Unity.

Wilbur's DOB is October 21, 1933, born to Richard H. and Bernice (Roohr) Witte, in Wisconsin. He was divorced in October 1972, and working as a construction laborer, residing in the township of Unity.

 

Note: Frank Kopecky was born Jun 8, 1910, at Lockport, Illinois and married May 12, 1934, to Ann Kosic in Chicago. After their marriage the couple lived in Chicago for 10 years, then moved to Clark County where they farmed for six years.  They operated a general store at Camp Douglas for five years, then made their home at Lyndon Station until 1959 when they came to Riplinger where they operated Frank and Ann’s Bar.

Ann Witte was born on September 8, 1917 to John and Elizabeth (Kralik) Kozik, Sr., at Oak Park Hospital, Oak Park, IL. She resided with her parents in Cicero, IL.

She married Frank Kopecky on May 12, 1934 in Chicago. He died in 1967.

Ann married Wilbur Witte on March 20, 1974. They resided in Drummond, WI at the time of her passing.43

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kopecky and children of Chicago, and Mrs. John Kozic visited at the Orin Eastman home Sunday afternoon..  Pine Valley Center (20 Aug. 1942)
