Krahn, Leonard (13 March 1903-18 April 1921)

Krahn, Leonard, 18 years old son of Mr. and Mrs. William Krahn, Route No. 1, Loyal, died in the city Monday after an illness dating back to last December. He was a brother of the Misses Lillian and Della Krahn, who conducted the ladies ready-to-wear department in Kraus millinery store.

The deceased was born in Fond du Lac and lived there until seven years ago, when the family moved to near Loyal, where he lived since and where he was prominent among the young folks. He had interest in his father's farm and was doing well in his work, in which he took an interest that presaged a promising future for him.

Surviving besides his parents and his sisters of this city are the following brothers and sisters: William, Jr., Otto, Olga, Goldie and Emma, Loyal; Mrs. Adolph Backaus and Mrs. Fred Buss, Kewaskum, Wisconsin.

The remains were shipped to Loyal this afternoon and the funeral will be held Thursday afternoon.
