Greub, John (? - 21 February 1976)

Our community was saddened Sunday when we heard of the death in River Falls of one of our older citizens, John Greub, who died at his home Saturday afternoon. Funeral services were conducted from St. John’s Church Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., The Rev. Ottas Botts presiding. He is survived by his wife, Caroline, and a son, Louis, of River Falls. The family lived here for many years and only moved to River Falls a short time ago to be near their son.

Greub, John (? - 21 February 1976)

John Greub, 82, died February 21 and services were conducted from St. John’s Church February 24 at 1:30 p.m. Burial was made in Mentor Cemetery. The Rev. Oatis Botts officiated.

He is survived by his wife, Caroline, a son, Lewis, of River Falls; a brother, Carl, of Neillsville; sisters, Mrs. Mary Reider of Rockford, Il., and Mrs. Bertha Staffen of Monroe; and two granddaughters. They had made their home in River Falls for the last two years.
