Lindekugel, Julius (8 October 1854-31 December 1931)
Loyal, December 31--Julius Lindekugel, 77, a resident of this community since
1885, died early this morning at the home of his son, Oscar, near here. Funeral
services will held Saturday at the residence and in Trinity Lutheran Church,
with the Rev. H. F. Leschensky officiating. Burial will be in the Union (?)
Cemetery.
Mr. Lindekugel was born October 8, 1854 at Johnson Creek, Wisconsin and was
married March 5, 1885, to Miss Emily Deering, who died 15 months ago. They
settled on a farm which Mr. Lindekugel had purchased the previous year.
Surviving besides the son mentioned is another son, Theodore, and a daughter,
Mrs. Adolph Luther, both of the town of Sherman and another daughter, Mrs. Max
Kadolph of Hartford, besides 10 grandchildren and two brothers, William of
Poysippi and Fred of New London.
A son, Richard, died while in service during the World War.
