LOYAL--Services will be Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal, for Norbert
Noeldner, 73, of 111 Draper St., Loyal, who died Tuesday at St. Joseph's
Hospital Hospice Unit Care Unit.
The Rev. Gary Hedding of Faith Lutheran Church, Marshfield, will officiate.
Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery in Loyal. Pallbearers will be Nathan,
Jerry, and Paul Noeldner, Robert and James Dux and Eugene McCann, all nephews.
Visitation will be at Rinka Funeral Home.
Mr. Noeldner was born December 13, 1912, in the Town of York, a son of Ernst and
Margaret (Haessig) Noeldner. He attended Loyal area schools.
He married Roseline Frei June 19, 1935, in Loyal. They celebrated their golden
wedding anniversary in 1985. His wife survives.
He was employed as a cheesemaker in the Hein Town and Lakeshire areas for three
years. He then farmed in Colby and Stratford until 1943, when he moved to a farm
in the Hein Town area. In 1944, he moved to a farm in the town of Loyal and
farmed until 1981, when he retired and moved to Loyal.
Surviving, besides his wife, are four daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Marie) Oestreich,
Loyal, Mrs. Leonard (Joan) Newberry, Mandan, North Dakota, and Mrs. Gary
(Jeanette) Oswald and Carolyn Pernsteiner, both of Marshfield; two sons, Larry,
Marshfield, and Duane, Loyal; three brothers, Herman, Erwin and Leonard, all of
Loyal; four sisters, Mrs, Floyd (Meta) McCann, Milwaukee, and Emma Rottjer, Mrs.
Ervin (Martha) Dux, and Mrs. Verland (Laura) Dux, all of Loyal; 16 grandchildren
and five great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by two sons, William and Kenneth, and his parents.
