Lewis, AR David A. (Service Notes - 1976)
AR David A. Lewis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Darol Lewis, Rt. 1 Neillsville, graduated
from basic training at Great Lakes Naval Base February 6. Eight outstanding
recruit candidates are chosen from each graduating class on the basis of an
inspection. David was named first runner-up for top honors in this group.AR
Lewis is now in Memphis, Tn., for eight weeks training in aviation mechanic
school. Upon completing the course, he expects to come home on two weeks leave.
The serviceman is a 1975 graduate of Neillsville High School.
