Clouse, Glen Frank (10 July 1916- 25 January 2005)
GREENWOOD - Glen Frank Clouse, 87, of Greenwood, formerly of Loyal, died
Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, at Memorial Hospital in Neillsville.
Visitation will be Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Greenwood, Burial
will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Loyal.
He was born July 10, 1916, in the town of Loyal, to Fred and Clara (Wittlinger)
Clouse. He married Esther Bertha Ertl on Aug. 15, 1942, at Trinity Lutheran
Church in Loyal. Mr. Clouse was a veteran of World War II. He had been employed
with the Clark County Highway Department until his July 1983 retirement. He
enjoyed fishing and woodworking.
Surviving are his son; Richard (Beth) Clouse, Auburndale; his son-in-law, Ralph
Krultz of Greenwood; grandchildren, Mike Clouse and Becky (Karl) Olm, both of
Madison, Mark Clouse of Marshfield, Deanna (John) Wunrow, Traci (Dean) Linder
and Adam Krultz of Greenwood; three great-grandchildren; and one
step-great-grandchild. He is further survived by his brothers, Jim (Jimmy Sue)
Clouse of Gadsten, Alabama, and Allan (Doris) Clouse of Waukesha; and his
sister, Ethel (Addie) Hardrath of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
He was predeceased by his wife, Esther; an infant son; daughter, Judy Krultz;
his parents, Fred and Clara; brothers, Hugh, Alvin and Elmer; and sister,
Maybelle.
