Gregorich, Mary (92nd – 18 April 1976)

About 70 people gathered at the Parish Center last Sunday afternoon in observance of the 92nd birthday of Mrs. Mary Gregorich.

Mrs. Gregorich was born on April 18, 1884, in Yugoslavia. She was also married there to John Gregorich.

She is the mother of six children; four sons, Joseph, Matt, Leo and Edward; and two daughters, Mrs. Mayme Kezel of Cicero, Il., and Mrs. Albert (Christine) Bukovec. There are 26 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.

The get-together consisted of her children and their families, except for Edward, who could not come; also, friends and neighbors, with special guests the Rev. Michael Mertens and the Rev. Augustine Svete, OFM.

Dinner was served and a beautiful birthday cake centered the table.

She received lots of congratulatory cards, gifts, flowers and some money. Francis Gregorich of Stoughton, and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Fagan of Chippewa Falls were guests from away. Also attending were many friends and relatives from Greenwood, Neillsville, Granton and Willard.
