Marg, Edna (8 July 1900-2 February 1981)

GRANTON-- Mrs. Edna Marg, 80, died Monday at Black River Falls Memorial Hospital.

The funeral will be Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, the Rev. Horst W. Augustin officiating. Burial will be in Lynn Cemetery.

Friends may call at Gilbertson Funeral Home.

The former Edna Braun was born July 8, 1900 in the town of Fremont to Mr. and Mrs. Henry (Mary Winkler) Braun. She was educated in Fremont.

On October 20, 1920 in the Lutheran parsonage at Nasonville, she and Edward Marg were married. They lived in the town of Lynn and then operated Riverside Cheese Factory in Fremont before moving to Granton in 1968. He died May 28, 1970.

A member of Zion Lutheran Church, she is survived by one son, Gerald Marg, Sr. of Granton; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Clyde and Herbert, both of Granton, and Roland of Waukegan, Illinois. A daughter, Neva, three brothers and two sisters are deceased.
