Several area students were among the nearly 1,500 students named to the honor
roll at Wisconsin State University, Stevens Point, for second semester
achievement.
They are:
Abbotsford: Honors – Bill Beil, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Beil, 413 Second
Street.
Colby: Highest Honors – Ronald Boss, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Boss, Route 1;
Donna Frome, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milford Frome, 21, North Third Street.
High Honors – Michael Schultz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Schultz, Route 2, and
James Vorland, son of Mrs. Pearl Vorland, 223 South First Street. Honors – Nancy
Brunker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Brunker, 306 Adams Street, and Kathleen
Jacobson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Jacobson, 313 South Second Street.
Curtiss: Honors – Sheila Koplitz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Koplitz, and
Victor Schiszik, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Schiszik, Route 1.
Dorchester: Honors – William Johnson, Route 1.
