Robert Joanne (Bobbe Jo), daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Wavrunek, born July
14, 1971, was baptized Sunday, August 1 by Father Francis Rushman at St. Mary’s
Catholic Church. Sponsors were maternal Aunt and Uncle Ben and Jo Bauer of
Catawba.
Entertained following the ceremony were the sponsors and their six children, and
the Jerome Ohlinger family of Ladysmith, as well as the three brothers and one
sister of the new baby.
