Colby area and former Colby area people received degrees from Wisconsin State University, Eau Claire, at commencement exercises held Saturday.

Mrs. John (Gail Reineking) Kubs, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Reineking, Colby, received at BA degree in Education and will be teaching in Juneau area schools.

Mrs. Earl (Loraine) Boss, Colby, received a Master of Science degree in teaching, junior high education, and will be teaching English in Colby public schools.

Peter Alan Weddig, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Weddig, received his BS degree in Education and will be teaching fifth grade at Goodhue, Minnesota.
