Juedes, Bernhardt "Ben" (16 June 1895-17 February 1981)
Stetsonville-- Bernhardt "Ben" Juedes, 85, Route 1, died Tuesday at Continental
Manor Nursing Home, Abbotsford. He was a resident there five years.
Services will be Friday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Dorchester, the Rev.
Roland Golz officiating. Burial will be in Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. Friends
may call Thursday at Maurina Funeral Home, Dorchester.
Mr. Juedes was born June 16, 1895 in Wausau and attended schools there. He and
Edna Kalepp were married August 25, 1917 in Dorchester. She died in April 1967.
He farmed in the town of Deer Creek from 1919 until retiring in 1960. He was a
member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Donald (Elaine) Tessmer of Dorchester; three
sons, Melvin of Dorchester, Donald of Abbotsford and Raymond of Stetsonville,
one sister, Mrs. Norman (Mabel) Birkholz of Wausau; 14 grandchildren; and 10
great-grandchildren. Three brothers are deceased.
