Anderson, Verne (1900-20 February 1981)

LOYAL-- Loyal native Verne Anderson, 80, of 913 Maple St. Eau Claire, was dead on arrival Friday at Sacred Heart Hospital, Eau Claire.

A resident of Eau Claire for the past 42 years, he worked for C. R. Stocks Electric 16 years and the for Sherman Electric 12 years, retiring in 1969. He was active on the membership committee of Lodge 112, F. & A. M. and Scottish Rite.

Survivors include his wife, the former Gladys E. Michael, whom he married June 16, 1932 at Soiux Falls, South Dakota; tow sons, James V. of Osseo and Bruce J. of Rice Lake; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Services were this morning at Grace Lutheran Church, with burial in Lake View Cemetery, Eau Claire.
